JES actively protects personal information by making reasonable security arrangements to prevent the risk of unauthorized collection, access, use, disclosure or disposal of personal information.

Personal information provided on AdminLawBC.ca is accessed only by those employees of JES who require it to operate and deliver JES programs. JES does not sell personal information it collects. JES does not share personal information collected through AdminLawBC.ca with any unrelated JES operated programs or projects. JES will only disclose a client’s personal information to a third party as required by law.

Your privacy when using SmallClaimsBC.ca

JES tracks website usage data of visitors to AdminLawBC.ca for statistical purposes and to help the organization improve the website and AdminLawBC.ca services. This data is anonymous and is not connected to any personal information provided by AdminLawBC.ca visitors or newsletter subscribers. The data tracked includes pages visited, internet sessions, length of visit, type of browser used, type of device used and the city where the user session originated. JES does not use “cookies” to track AdminLawBC.ca site usage by visitors nor newsletter subscribers.
